40% State Income Tax Credit on Gifts to Qualified ND endowments.

Gifts from individuals $5,000 - $25,000, couples $5,000 - $50,000, and businesses (C corps, S corps, estates, LLCs, trusts, & financial institutions) up to $25,000, may qualify. Carry over up to 3 years. Gifts over the state threshold receive additional IRS federal deduction if itemizing. IRS carry over up to 5 years.
